26.08.2017: The magic stickers!
We got the magic stickers!!! - were we nervous... yes we all were anxious to get through technical scrutiny today. Only a few minor things had to be corrected, which Jupa completed in no time at all; we then got the magic stickers that actually allow us onto the race track tomorrow!
...and here they are - the 'magic stickers':
Jupa - 'Grande Jupa' - deserves all the credit for this achievement! Jupa has built this bike in less than 10 months; an astonishing performance by our Technical Director. The entire KR-Raceteam gave him a standing ovation at the BBQ table today!
